SP2000 Seal Kit
We carry replacement seals for all Corghi rim clamp tire changers. The SP2000 is the assist arm found on the tilt back tire changers. The cylinder is used to push the bead down to the drop center. Located to the right of the machine and in front of the moving carrier. The cylinder’s responsibility is the break the bead of the tire to begin the process of replacing the tire. Common failure found on tire changers. Usual cause of failure is water in side the pneumatic components. A sign of failure is a constant air leak from the double pedal valve or the shovel fails to break the bead.
An air filter lubricator (FRL) addresses much of the issues of the cylinder failing.
