This back to back carbide buffing wheel kit is a must for all tire shops. Any time a tire is punctured and a repair is possible the next step after removing the foreign object is to prepare the inside rubber for repair. The buffing wheel will scuff the surface to the rubber to prepare for the plug or patch. A air tool is needed to be attached to start the process.
This kit consist of two 2-1/2″ buffing wheels and one 3/8″ arbor. The wheels can be place back to back like the picture or individually mounted
