6 o’clock Laser Line for Weight Placement The built-in laser projects at the bottom of the wheel barrel to show techs where tape weights should go, ensuring accurate weight applications. Easy applications, less guesswork.

Auto Approach After the measurement spin, the balancer automatically rotates the wheel close to the weight placement area, helping technicians find the correct position faster. From there, they fine-tune to the exact spot. Auto Approach saves time and effort, making every balance faster and smoother.

Static-On-Screen All RC Balancers feature STATIC-ON-SCREEN, a final quality check that shows any residual static unbalances which can result from round-off or small weight placement errors. It gives techs an opportunity to fix the static unbalance to give customers a smooth ride the first time, every time.

Automatic Data Entry (2D and 3D) The AD measurement arm on the RC 450 and 550 is the primary way to capture dimensions. The RC 450’s smart 2-dimension auto data entry automatically detects the desired weight placement mode, which increases data accuracy and productivity. The RC 550 has 3D auto data entry to provide more speed and convenience.
