6450 Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer
The Coats 6450 Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer is UL certified and comes standard with the 575 Wheel Lift that handles a wide array of heavy wheel assemblies up to 500 lbs. It is built on an ultra-wide, “fully-boxed” frame which provides superior stability, and it bolts on directly and seamlessly. Included in every 6450 3D Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer Kit is a Stud Piloted Budd Adapter and Hub Centered Cone Kit.
Two machines in one, The Coats’ exclusive DCS (Dual Calibration Software) uses two independent calibrations for heavy-duty and passenger vehicles, dynamically adjusting balancing parameters for each job. This provides the benefits of two machines in one. The screen with easy to read LED readouts provides a simultaneous display of static and dynamic data and identifies any excess residual static imbalance for you to correct.
Laser Guided Operation for Accurate High Volume Balancing. Be confident in where you place wheel weights using the laser guided Tape-A-Weight placements. The built in Stop and Lock feature locks the spindle firmly in place for easier, more accurate weight placement on the wheel.
Direct Drive for Heavy Duty. This perfect machine for delivery vehicles and tractor trailers is built with a Direct Drive system that integrates the balancer’s robust motor and spindle into a single, factory pre-balanced assembly for increased accuracy without belts or pulleys.
