Cylinder Flange w/ Hardware
At Protek Equipment we carry replacement bead breaker cylinder parts such as the cylinder flange, shafts, piston, seals, and barrel. Aside from the seals, this is one of the most common replacement part of the large bead beaker cylinder. Failure is cause when technicians fail to remove all of the air of the tire before trying to break the bead. Too much stress is place on the two mounting points and cause a failure.
This front end cap is secured to the barrel by 12 set screws. The inner diameter of the two mounting points is 3-1/4″. We also stock the entire cylinder if needed. Hardware includes two bull nose bolts, two locking nuts, and the wiper seal.
